Usually, we have a great dinner at Angel's. We also put quite a bit of coin in the Juke Box. However, I have had some questionable freshness in the salad department. Not once, but at least three times I have had old rusty lettuce in my salad. Not just a few pieces, but the entire salad. I didn't complain, but just left the salad hardly touched hoping that it was just an over-sight and my leaving it would prop the owners to check for freshness. It has happened again. The last time I was there we notice a group of people having dinner and one of the salads was terrible. The protein part was not fresh and the iceberg lettuce waht brown all over. If a restauranteur wishes costumers to come back, they must insist on freshness. We can give them the benefit of the doubt for a single over-sight, but this kind of treatment of a customer is unacceptable.
